management and hedging strategies. As a global corporate finance
executive with in-depth experience managing domestic and international treasury
operations at Anheuser-Busch and MasterCard Worldwide, Denise has over
15 years experience in internal consulting and management roles.

Her extensive experience has been focused on building and rationalizing,
banking systems and technology strategy, process improvement and financial
controls. She is adept at aligning treasury and finance strategy to support the
corporate planning process, business objectives, and growth strategy.
